Deliverables

Jack Charles is a newly formed estate agent in Kent with a focus on becoming the top, premium estate agent in the area. Uprise Digital was appointed to create their web presence to help with their marketing efforts. A key feature of the site was to include listings that were automatically added from their office management system without the need for a double entry of data.

The site was to feel and look premium, using bold graphics and letting the properties do the talking.

The Challenge

One of the biggest challenges was linking to Jack Charles’ backoffice system Alto. This was completed using an API offered by the management system which we utilized to give a real-time feed of properties available.

Outcome

The website built perfectly shows off the premium look Jack Charles wanted. The feed of properties shows off the professional photography taken by the company and is done automatically from their office management system, Alto.

Uprise Digital enabled us to move with pace and purpose in the set up of our new business, during an extremely challenging period. Together with their friendly professional team we managed to overcome the hurdles and transition from our back of the envelope concepts, to a slick leading online presence. The team continue to manage our site and sharpen our functionality and features as the market evolves.
