Aviation Events Group contracted Uprise Digital for their main website, being impressed with the work, they went to Uprise Digital again for their new venture, SWIFT. Swift is an online conference for the aviation industry. AEG needed a site that could easily be updated with speakers and sessions that were regularly changing in the leadup to the online conference. AEG required users to not only see what was happening at the conference but to also book tickets via the website which required a link to their ticket software.

The Challenge

One of the more technical challenges with this web development was the link between the WordPress CMS and Hypersay (the chosen ticket and online conference provider). Uprise Digital overcame this by building a bespoke API link that when tickets were purchased, the registrant details were sent to Hypersay for ticket registration.

Outcome

The website performed as an integral selling tool for AEG in the build-up to the conference and was instrumental in its success. Reacting quickly to client requests meant that AEG never worries about ticket sales and duplication of data.
