You will receive weekly reports via email alongside your weekly call with your dedicated project manager. You can also check our live dashboard system for up to the minute detail.
All Uprise employees work in the UK and usual business hours (between 9am and 5pm GMT Monday to Friday). Out of hours support is available for emergencies such as site unavailability.
If the work you need help with is sensitive and you require an NDA to be signed, please send it over to us after your onboarding call.
Our turnaround is extremely fast. You will hear back from our team in less than 24 hours as soon as you assign any task/project. After checking the task/project, our team will get back to you with a timeline depending on the complexity of the task/project.

Yes, we welcome all WordPress work. Our team are experienced with most WordPress page builders and themes as well as custom built WordPress methodologies.
Yes, if you require an estimate of hours so you can be sure you are billing correctly, just request this from your project manager and they will be able to provide you a detailed estimate of work.
The vast majority of our staff work on Elementor however we also have some experience with Beaver Builder, Divi, GeneratePress and Visual Bakery.

We do not offer strategy and discovery calls. We have found that introducing a member of our team directly in front of your clients has become problematic and often leads to clients finding our staff on platforms such as LinkedIn.
Over the years of experience we have, we have found image annotation and video recordings to be the simplest and clearest form of messaging. We encourage these tools on our project management system.
Yes. We include all licences for the standard plugins we use for the life of the website. On occasions where a specific plugin is required for a job we will make this clear to you and you can charge accordingly for this.
Yes. We use various UI kits and component libraries depending on the project and requirements. Using component libraries can significantly increase output.
Many of our clients prefer not to use UI kits or may come to us with their own, custom library, others want us to start completely from scratch – This is also fine, it will just take longer.
We only use Figma. It’s amazing and nothing else comes close. If you’re working in Adobe XD or Sketch and you only need us for very simple work, we may be able to help – Book a demo and we can have a chat about it.
Yes – Lot’s of our customers have designers already on their team. We love collaborating with other designers.
